Welcome to The Retreat at Madison Place! Designed exclusively for adults 55 and better, we are a beautiful active adult community located in Decatur, Georgia. Ideally situated near I-285 and Covington Highway, we’re just minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment. You can fill your day with plenty of fun! Built to be equally beautiful and functional, our floor plans offer spacious layouts and disability access in select homes. Choose a one or two bedroom floor plan that fits your needs perfectly.
